Saturday, Jan. 2
Deadly prank: At 4 p.m., a victim parked his truck at the Rattlesnake Lake parking area. He returned to his truck to find that someone had siphoned gasoline out of his tank. He was able to drive away, but when he attempted to apply his brakes, the pedal went to the floor — he had no brake power. As he was approaching a steep hill, the man decided to put his truck into the hillside on the west side of the roadway. As he did so, the truck flipped onto the passenger side and blocked the southbound lane. A deputy discovered that all four brake lines had been cut in half. There was no evidence, and no sign of brake fluid at the Rattlesnake Lake parking lot. The man escaped injury.
Shoplifter: At 1:53 p.m., the manager of the North Bend Liquor Store was behind the security window when she saw a shopper select two bottles of tequila and concealed them under his jacket. She confronted him and recognized him as a shoplifter in the store a few weeks ago. He apologized, gave her the bottles and left. She followed him and called 911. She lost him as he walked through the parking lot. The Issaquah Liquor Store reported that the man was also a suspect in Redmond as well as Issaquah. Officers lifted four latent fingerprints off the bottles.
Thursday, Dec. 31
Assault: At 3:40 p.m., an officer responded to Snoqualmie Casino to investigate an assault. Casino security and the victim were trying to persuade a woman to get into her car and leave the premesis when she punched her victim on the lower left arm, causing pain but no injury. The assailant was very intoxicated and was placed under arrest for assault. She ate the trespass notice the casino gave her and was spitting on the walls and doors of the waiting room. The officer had to place a spit bag over her head.
Bad graffitti: At 1:11 p.m., an unknown person used fluorescent orange spraypaint to graffiti pillars supporting the I-90 eastbound overpass in North Bend. The officer located a cap at the scene from the spray can and collected evidence for processing.

Wednesday, Jan. 6
Car accident: At 12:12 p.m., Snoqualmie firefighters and Fall City emergency medical technicians (EMTs) were dispatched to the Snoqualmie Casino for a motor vehicle accident. One patient was evaluated and released at the scene to Snoqualmie Casino Security.
Medical call: At 7:49 p.m., Snoqualmie EMTs responded to the Snoqualmie Ridge area for a medical call. One patient was treated and released to parents on scene.

Casino call: At 4:40 p.m., Snoqualmie EMTs responded to the Snoqualmie Casino for a medical call.

Wednesday, Jan. 6
Car accident: At 12:11 p.m., Fall City firefighter/EMTs responded to the 37500 block of Southeast North Bend Way for a motor vehicle accident. One patient was evaluated and left at the scene.
Monday, Jan. 4
Fall; At 10:01 a.m., firefighter/EMTs responded to the 33100 block of Southeast 43rd Street for an 89-year-old woman who fell down. She was evaluated, treated and transported by the Fall City aid car.
Sunday, Jan. 3
Weakness: At 2:59 p.m., firefighter/EMTs responded to the 33700 block of Southeast 44th Place for an 84-year-old woman complaining of general weakness. She was treated and transported to the hospital by private ambulance.
Saturday, Jan. 2
Car accident: At 1:21 p.m., firefighter/EMTs responded to the 4300 block of Preston Fall City Road Southeast for a motor vehicle accident. There were no injuries involved and all patients were left at the scene.
Hurt eye: At 4:56 p.m., firefighter/EMTs responded to the 31900 block of Northeast Eighth Street for a 31-year-old man with an eye injury. The man was treated and taken to the hospital by a friend.
Pains: At 9:27 p.m., firefighter/EMTs responded to the 4200 block of 356th Drive Southeast for a 54-year-old man with abdominal pain. The man was evaluated, treated and taken to the hospital by Fall City’s aid car.
Short of breath: At 10:34 p.m., firefighter/EMTs responded to the 32000 block of Southeast Redmond Fall City Road for a 47-year-old man experiencing shortness of breath. The man was evaluated bypParamedics and taken to the hospital by private ambulance.
Friday, Jan. 1
Fall: At 1:36 a.m., firefighter/EMTs responded to 37500 block of North Bend Way for a 25-year-old woman who fell down and hit her head. She was evaluated and taken to the hospital in the Fall City aid car.
Pains: At 3:12 a.m., firefighter/EMTs evaluated and treated a 67-year-old man who walked into the station complaining of abdominal pain. The man was taken to the hospital by Fall City’s aid car.
