‘Catch’ captain

hosts lodge meal

Reality TV star Captain Sig Hansen, of the show “Deadliest Catch,” will host a gourmet Alaskan king crab dinner at the Salish Lodge, with KOMO TV’s Mike Ferreri, Wednesday, Dec. 3.

The Salish is partnering with Sig to serve crab caught by him and his brothers on the ship F/V Northwestern.

“This event is a perfect collaboration between two Pacific Northwest traditions — fine dining at the Salish Lodge and the fishermen of Puget Sound,” said Carl Meyer, general manager at Salish Lodge. “Captain Sig exemplifies the spirit of these fine men, and we are honored to host this unique culinary event.”
