Sunday, Jan. 24
Black ice: At 2 a.m., an officer responded to a collision in the 16400 block of Cedar Falls Road S.E. Firefighters were at the scene, but were unable to held because the car had power lines down across it. The driver was still in the car, but was not injured. He told firefighters that he hit a patch of black ice and lost control. The officer checked the road north of the collision for a quarter of a mile but did not find any black ice or fluid spills in the vicinity. When Puget Sound Energy, rendered the scene safe for evacuation, the officer smelled alcohol on the driver’s breath. The driver said he was on his way home from a local tavern and had three to four beers. He was held under arrest.
Fight at the casino: At 1:45 a.m., an officer was dispatched to Snoqualmie Casino for a fight in progress in the main gambling floor. When he arrived, the fight had been broken up and two groups of people were detained in casino security. One man had a bloody nose; he said another man grabbed his girlfriend’s rear. He told the grabber to ‘calm down,’ but the man punched him in the face. All three men in the holding cell denied touching any women and said the others had started the fight. The officer watched the surveillance video and saw one group on a wall by some slot machines. The second group walked past; at no time did the officer see them touch the woman. The first group of men at the wall said something to the other group as they walked by. Punches were thrown, and about 20 people started fighting or tried to break up the fight. Two men were trespassed from the property.
Wednesday, Jan. 20
Finders, not keepers: At 11:33 a.m., a homeless man used the restroom at Scott’s Dairy Freeze. He came out with a purse and two new, white T-shirts. An officer asked him whose purse and shirts he was carrying, and the man said he found them at the North Bend 76 Station near the clothing donation booth in the parking lot. He said he found the items on the ground and thought someone had thrown them away. He was told that if items were not his, then they were somebody else’s, probably belonging to the clothing donation bin at that site. The man was told to put the items back and was given a warning.

Sunday, Jan. 24
Assault: At 2:06 a.m., Snoqualmie emergency medical technicians (EMTs) responded to the Snoqualmie Casino for an assault. Snoqualmie crews transported a 23-year-old man with a broken nose to Snoqualmie Valley Hospital.
Car accident: At 7:38 p.m., Snoqualmie firefighters and Fall City EMTs were dispatched to the Snoqualmie Casino for a motor vehicle accident. One patient was treated and then transported to Snoqualmie Valley Hospital by Fall City EMTs.
Saturday, Jan. 23
Diabetic issue: At 7:25 p.m., Snoqualmie EMTs responded to Northern Street to help a woman with diabetes. She was treated and left at the scene.
Sick child: At 7:56 p.m., Snoqualmie EMTs responded to Pickering Court Southeast for a 5-year-old child who was feeling ill. The boy was evaluated, and left at home with his mom.

Diabetic issue: At 11 a.m., Snoqualmie firefighters responded to Northern Street to help a diabetic woman.
Thursday, Jan. 21
Dizziness: At 1:50 p.m., Snoqualmie EMTs were dispatched to the Snoqualmie Casino for a woman who was feeling dizzy.She was evaluated and transported by private ambulance to Overlake Hospital Medical Center in Bellevue.
Abdominal pain: At 2:20 p.m., Snoqualmie EMTs responded to the Snoqualmie Casino for a 61-year-old man with abdominal pain. The man was evaluated, and refused transport to the hospital. He was left at the scene.

Wednesday, Jan. 27
Tightness: At 3:36 a.m., firefighters responded to a 72-year-old man who was experiencing chest tightness. He was also seen by a paramedic unit from Bellevue Fire Department. The man was treated and transported to Overlake Hospital Medical Center via the medic unit.
Tuesday, Jan. 26
Breathing problem: At 1:14 a.m., firefighters responded to a 93-year-old man who was short of breath. The man declined any treatment and was left on scene.
More breathing problems: At 2:06 a.m., firefighters responded to a 93-year-old man who was short of breath. The man was treated and transported to Virginia Mason Hospital via private ambulance.
Monday, Jan. 25
Car accident: At 8:31 a.m., firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident. The man refused treatment and transport. He was left on scene in the care of King County Sherriff’s Office.
Sunday, Jan. 24
Fall: At 5:04 a.m., firefighters responded to an 85-year-old man who had fallen. The man was assisted back into bed.
Car accident: At 7:38 p.m., firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident. One man was treated and transported to Snoqualmie Valley Hospital via the Fall City aid car.
Saturday, Jan. 23
Play equipment on fire: At 4:42 p.m., firefighters responded to a fire involving play equipment. The fire was extinguished and an investigator was called to the scene.
Friday, Jan. 22
Heart problem: At 6:02 a.m., firefighters responded to a 70-year-old man who was syncopal. The man refused any treatment.
Thursday, Jan. 21
Breathing problem: At 1:56 a.m., firefighters responded to a 66-year-old man who was short of breath. The man was treated and transported to Overlake Hospital via private ambulance.
Fire: At 7:47 a.m., firefighters responded to a chimney fire. The fire was extinguished and a check was done for any extensions.
Breathing problem: At 11:21 a.m., firefighters responded to a 60-year-old man who was experiencing shortness of breath. The man refused fire department transport, but did allow an exam.
