Children are sharpening their senses once again, as the race to collect the most eggs is about to begin.
Several Easter egg hunts are planned in the Snoqualmie Valley this year.
Snoqualmie
• A teen flashlight egg hunt for ages 13 to 17 is planned for 8:30 p.m. Friday, April 10, at the Centennial Park picnic shelter, 39801 S.E. Park St. Teens should bring a flashlight and school ID.
• Annual Easter Egg Hunt and a visit from the Easter bunny is 10 a.m. sharp, Saturday, April 11, at Snoqualmie Community Park, 35016 S.E. Ridge St. The eggs go fast! For more information, call (425) 831-5784.
North Bend
• The North Bend easter egg hunt is 9 a.m. Saturday, April 11, at Si View Park, 400 S.E. Orchard Dr., North Bend, sponsored by the Moose Lodge. Students in fifth grade and younger may participate. Carnation
•The American Legion and Auxilary Post 199 Easter egg hunt, for children ages 1 through 9, starts at 9:30 a.m. Saturday, April 11, at Memorial Park, 32000 E.
