Encompass wants Snoqualmie Valley residents to “Fall in Love” with its upcoming autumn gala and benefit.
The organization’s sixth annual Autumn Gala is Saturday, Nov. 1, at TPC Snoqualmie Ridge Golf Club.
The gala has drawn more than 300 guests since it was initiated in 2003. Last year, with 250-plus auction items, the event raised more than $200,000 for Encompass, the Valley’s child and family support organization.
“The generous support that is demonstrated each year at the Autumn Gala is so clearly a vital part of what makes Encompass such a cherished organization in the Valley,” said Encompass Executive Director Gregory Malcolm. “The survival and growth of our many programs, from preschool to pediatric therapy to parenting classes, are directly dependent upon the contributions made at the gala. Each year, it’s by far our biggest event.”
The 2008 gala promises to be a lavish affair of the heart. The event begins with an elegant reception with a hosted Ketel One martini ice bar, followed by a four-course meal with filet mignon and seafood fettuccini. A local jazz trio, Rob and the Romantics, will provide stylish “Fall in Love” music, and a professional photographer will be available to take couples photos.
