Local students make honor roll at Oregon State University

Students who call the Valley home have made the Scholastic Honor Roll for winter term at Oregon State University in Corvalis. Honored are, from North Bend, Molly E. Cordell, a sophomore studying zoology; and Jennifer K. Green, a sophomore studying pre-environmental engineering. They earned a 3.5 grade point average or better.

Honored are, from North Bend, Molly E. Cordell, a sophomore studying zoology; and Jennifer K. Green, a sophomore studying pre-environmental engineering. They earned a 3.5 grade point average or better.

From Carnation, Natasha Zakrajsek, a senior studying human development and family science, also earned a 3.5 or better, as did Duvall’s John C. Hall, a freshman pursuing pre-chemical engineering; and Jeffrey D. Miller, a junior, in pre-electrical and computer engineering.

Duvall’s Stephanie C. Marchant, a senior studying exercise and sport science, has a straight-A average.

To be on the Honor Roll, students must carry at least 12 graded hours of course work.
