Local support for families in need: Coats, clothing and shoes needed for One VOICE Valley holiday event

One VOICE (Valley Organizations in Collective Effort) is launching a clothing and shoe drive to collect items for a December holiday event for individuals and families in need in the Snoqualmie Valley. Donations of new or gently used winter clothing and shoes – for people of all ages – will be accepted from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. weekdays through December 11 at the following locations.

Donations of new or gently used winter clothing and shoes – for people of all ages – will be accepted from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. weekdays through December 11 at the following locations.

• Encompass Main Campus, 1407 Boalch Ave. NW, North Bend

• Chaplin’s North Bend Chevrolet, 106 Main Ave. N, North Bend

• Peak Sports and Spine, 7726 Center Blvd. SE, Suite 220, Snoqualmie

• Snoqualmie Chamber of Commerce, 38767 SE River St, Snoqualmie

The holiday event will be on Thursday and Friday, December 13 and 14, at the Church of Latter-day Saints in North Bend. The event includes distribution of cold weather clothing along with other necessary items and gifts to keep families in need warm and happy and their pantries full during the holiday season.

This is the second year for the One VOICE Holiday event, providing a “one-stop” opportunity for Snoqualmie Valley families to access items they need for the holiday season.
