• Save Our Rails benefit dinner for Northwest Railway Museum is 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the Woodman Lodge Steakhouse and Saloon, 38601 S.E. King St., Snoqualmie. The dinner will be hosted at Woodman Lodge, Snoqualmie’s historic steakhouse and saloon, located next door to the Museum’s iconic Snoqualmie Depot. Tickets are $85 person/$150 couple, and include a fun three-mile train excursion though the valley and past beautiful Snoqualmie Falls. • Snoqualmie Valley Garden Club plant sale is 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Mount Si Senior Center in North Bend. Look for annuals and vegetables raised by garden club members, as well as starts from prized shrubs. Proceeds help fund student scholarships and an international charity in Africa.

• The 2009 Snoqualmie Valley CROP Hunger Walk will wind through Snoqualmie, starting after services end at the Snoqualmie United Methodist Church. Co-sponsored by the Methodist Church, St. Clare of Assisi Episcopal Church and Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church in Snoqualmie, Washington, the walk is an ecumenical gathering to raise awareness of and money for the Mt.
