Kevin and Laurie Hauglie recently returned to the Valley business

scene after agent John Myett retired from the Farmers Insurance agency in Fall City.

The couple previously owned the agency from 1985 through 1993,

but another business opportunity with Farmers Insurance Management

in Bothell pulled them away from the Valley. Over the summer the

Hauglies re-opened under the agency’s previous name Hauglie Insurance

Agency, Inc.

The Hauglies, along with long-term care specialist Mara

Critchett, offer insurance services such as homeowners, life, auto, business

and health.

“The products are very similar in the industry [so] it’s a distinctive

level of service which differentiates one agency from another,” Kevin

Hauglie said. “And that’s what we strive to do.”

Hauglie Insurance Agency is located in the old Fall City Post

Office building, 4206 336th Pl. S.E. Business hours are Monday through Friday

9 a.m. to 5 p.m., evenings and weekends by appointment. The agents can
