Wednesday, July 7
Electrical fire: At 8:26 p.m., firefighters responded to the 33700 block of State Route 202 for a report of a transformer fire. No flames or smoke was seen, but an obvious electrical problem and power outage were visible. PSE was notified.
Tuesday, July 6
Woman in pain: At 3:16 a.m., Emergency Medical Technicians responded to the 4600 block of 365th Avenue Southeast for a 60-year-old woman who was experiencing extremity pain. After an evaluation, she was placed in a position of comfort and transported to an area hospital by private ambulance.
Monday, July 5
Stomach pain: At 9:16 p.m., EMTs responded to the 31800 block of Southeast Issaquah-Fall City Road for a 38-year-old woman who was experiencing stomach pain. She was evaluated and transported by the aid car to an area hospital.
Car accident: At 3:52 p.m., EMT’s responded to the 4700 block of Preston-Fall City Road Southeast for a motor vehicle accident. On arrival at the scene, crews found a vehicle into a pole with power lines atop the vehicle. After PSE shut down the power, crews treated the woman and transported her to an area hospital by private ambulance.
Sunday, July 4
Chest pain: At 10:55 p.m., EMTs and Bellevue paramedics responded to the 32500 block of Southeast 44th Street for a 73-year-old man who was experiencing chest pain. After evaluation and treatment at the scene, he was transported to an area hospital by paramedics.
Car accident: At 1:53 a.m., EMTs from Fall City and Snoqualmie responded to the 37500 block of State Route 202 for a motor vehicle accident. After triaging the scene, they found a number of patients needing treatment and transport to a hospital.
Saturday, July 3
Weakness: At 9:53 p.m., EMTs and Bellevue paramedics responded to the 4400 block of 337th Place Southeast for a 78-year-old man feeling weak and faint. After an evaluation at the scene, it was deemed appropriate for him to go to an area hospital by paramedics.
Car crash: At 5:17 p.m., EMTs from Fall City and Eastside Fire and Rescue responded to the 32600 block of Northeast 32nd Street for a car-versus-pedestrian collision. The first on-scene crew evaluated one man and readied him for transport to an area hospital by aid car.
Friday, July 2
Fainted man: At 8:11 p.m., firefighters were alerted to a 47-year-old man who had fainted while under the influence. He was evaluated at the scene and transported to an area hospital by aid car.
Dizziness: At 2:25 p.m., EMTs responded to the 4400 block of 332nd Avenue Southeast for a 33-year-old woman who was dizzy with a headache. She was evaluated at the scene and transported to an area hospital by aid car.
Seizure: At 10:16 a.m., EMTs responded to the 4500 block of 333rd Avenue Southeast for a 41-year-old man who was experiencing seizure like symptoms. He was evaluated at the scene and transported to an area hospital via private ambulance.

Tuesday, July 6
Fire alarm: At 12:47 p.m., Snoqualmie firefighters were dispatched to Echo Glen Children’s Center for an automatic fire alarm. Crews were cancelled en route due to a false alarm.
Gas smell: At 7:12 p.m., Snoqualmie firefighters responded to Augusta Place Southeast for a natural gas smell in a residence. They arrived to find the home evacuated. Homeowner advised the system had been serviced today by a technician. The gas was shut off and owner was advised to contact the technician to check the unit.
Monday, July 5
Fire alarm: At 12:27 p.m., Snoqualmie firefighters were dispatched to the Snoqualmie Ridge area for an automatic fire alarm. After investigation, it was determined that the alarm was false and the system was reset.
Medical call: At 7:02 p.m., Snoqualmie EMTs responded to the Snoqualmie Casino for a medical call. One patient was evaluated and then transported to the hospital by a private ambulance.
Sunday, July 4
Sick man: At 10:46 p.m., Snoqualmie EMTs responded to the Snoqualmie Casino for a 55-year old man with possible food poisoning. He was evaluated and transported to the hospital by Snoqualmie’s aid car.
Saturday, July 3
Lockout: At 1:34 a.m., Snoqualmie firefighters were called by Snoqualmie police to assist with a building lock-out.
Alarm: At 5:57 a.m., Snoqualmie firefighters responded to Southeast Dio Street for an alarm sounding.
