A five-minute fireworks blast will draw oohs and awe at the upcoming Mount Si High School homecoming half-time show.

The homecoming game and half-time show are Friday evening, Oct. 24.

The return of the booming tradition looks very promising, after Mount Si High School Vice Principal Beth Castle and Valley pyrotechnician Gary Wilson brought the plan before the Snoqualmie City Council and got a verbal green light.
