City council to consider endorsement of levies

At the Monday, Jan. 25, meeting of the Snoqualmie City Council, members will consider endorsement of the Snoqualmie Valley School District replacement levies and the King County Library System levy on the ballot for the February 9 special election.

At the Monday, Jan. 25, meeting of the Snoqualmie City Council, members will consider endorsement of the Snoqualmie Valley School District replacement levies and the King County Library System levy on the ballot for the Feb. 9 special election.

The council invites input from the public at this regularly-scheduled council meeting, 7 p.m. Monday, Jan. 25, at the Snoqualmie City Hall, 38624 S.E. River St. The city council agenda packet is available at www.cityofsnoqualmie.org; click “City Council Agendas”.

The Snoqualmie Valley School District has two propositions on the ballot. Proposition 1 is for a “Replacement of Maintenance and Operations (M&O) Levy.” Proposition 2 is for a four-year “Replacement Technology Capital Projects Levy” for technology equipment, training, and classroom resources.
