Bark for Life: Mount Si Key Club’s Bark for Life raises $1,200 for cancer research

The Mount Si High School Key Club raised more than $1,200 at their second Bark for Life event on Saturday, Oct. 1, at Snoqualmie Elementary School.

The Mount Si High School Key Club raised more than $1,200 at their second Bark for Life event on Saturday, Oct. 1, at Snoqualmie Elementary School.

Bark for Life, a club fundraising for it’s relay for life team, raised money to fund research by the American Cancer Society. The event featured live music, food, dog-related businesses and a silent auction.

Community partners for the event included DogWatch of Puget Sound, Pet Place Market, Baxter Barn, All the Best Pet Care, Companion Love Photography, Farm Dogs, Fetch Your Food, Snoqualmie Ridge Veterinary Hospital, Snoqualmie Brewery, Carol Monteleone-Whiteside, North Bend Bar and Grill, Paragon Fitness, Summit Real Estate, Caliber Home Loans, Nursery at Mt. Si, Pioneer Coffee and Pooch’n’Play.
