The Snoqualmie Valley Record’s newest account executive is a familiar face.
Anna Harris, named to the position last week, is already part of the Valley Record as office manager.
She was hired in January to run the Record office, replacing Sue Randall, but will now work alongside account executive Leesa McKay in meeting customers’ advertising needs.
“This is a great move for us and Anna,” said Valley Record publisher Jim McKiernan. “Her organizational skills and customer service skills are exactly what we need for this position.”
Harris said she is looking forward to meeting people in the Valley, building business relationships and getting to know the area better.
Her advice for her future replacement as office manager is to stay organized and always put the customer first.
Harris has lived in the Valley since October of 2007, moving here from Alabama with her father Rullie, who works for Weyerhaeuser, and her son Caden, 4, who goes to school at Snoqualmie Ridge Early Learning Center.
Harris grew up in the Northwest at Longview, but has found this year’s weather to be a bit of an adjustment.
Outside of the office, Harris enjoys fast walks, watching sports, especially college football, and hanging out with her son.
