Mount Si High School kicks off its Homecoming Spirit Week with themed dress-up days for students and several home games ending with the Homecoming football game on Friday, Oct. 13.
Homecoming Spirit Week encourages to students to dress up based on a variety of themes starting with Mount Si colors on Monday, Oct. 9. Seniors wear black, juniors wear grey, sophomores wear read, and freshman wear white. Tuesday is “Twin Day,” Wednesday is “Hawaiian,” Thursday is “dress like your favorite teacher,” and Friday is “tie-dye day.”
Four of the Mount Si sports are also active at home this week starting on Tuesday with swim and dive against Woodinville at 3:15 p.m. at The Club at Snoqualmie Ridge pool. At 4 p.m. on Wednesday, the cross country team will face off against Bothell and Inglemoor at Mount Si Golf Course. Thursday will see the girls soccer team go up against Issaquah at 7:30 p.m., and Friday will close out the week with the homecoming football game at 7 p.m. against Inglemoor.
Mount Si’s annual homecoming parade, featuring floats created by students, will begin at 5:30 p.m. on Oct. 13, just before the football game.
