The Rotary Club of Snoqualmie Valley recognized four students from Mount Si High School as its Students of the Semester. They are Quinlan White Alcain, Max Hokansen, Alec Stoffel and Noor Yousif.

Each semester, Rotary reaches out to the high school to nominate and choose outstanding students for formal recognition by the club. High school faculty members consider students’ character, their school involvement, grades and extra-curricular activities in and out of school in making their recommendations.

“We are proud of all students but especially proud of these four exuberant kids who have the desires, energy and ideas needed to take on and shape the future. It was a real pleasure to listen to the future of America,” said Rotary Club President Leesa McKay. Each student was presented with a formal thank you and a Visa gift card to enjoy.
