Austin (Ozzie) Gerald Eggert passed away at 95 years old on April 30, 2018. He was born on December 17, 1922 in Oakdale, ND.

He is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Betty L. Eggert. Son, Steven (Tracee) Eggert of Bandon, OR. Daughter, Linda (Ron) Trombley of North Bend, WA. Daughter, Diane (Mark) Henry of Olympia, WA. 2 brothers and 1 sister, residing in OR. 4 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.

Ozzie served in the military for the USCG during WWII.

He worked most of his life for the lumber industry. During his retirement years he enjoyed traveling with his wife and working in his woodshop.

A memorial will be held on Monday, June 11, 2018 at 2:30pm at Tahoma National Cemetery.
