Party complaint: At 7:36 p.m. at Southeast Leitz Street, a caller reported a party, with a large number of cars and teens going in and out of a residence. The police made contact and discovered the dance party. They heard nothing on approach and told those inside to keep it under control.
March 2
Unwanted subject: At 3:27 p.m. in the 100 block of East 4th Street, a hispanic male was reported as being passed out, intoxicated in the library wearing his headphones in the computer alcove. He was there for an hour and had a single serving of box wine with him. He was banned from the library for the rest of the day after he left.
Theft: At 9:30 p.m. in the 200 block of Bendigo Boulevard South, a male at a checkstand concealed a bottle of wine. He appeared delusional and was not coherent. Officers were unable to prove theft. The caller did not see the subject take the items and did not have constant visual contact. The reporting person asked that the person be trespassed from Bartells for two years.
March 5
Suspicious circumstances: At 8:37 a.m. at East Park Street, a suspected subject was at an abandoned houses with water spraying inside, walls ripped apart and wires taken apart. The property owner said no one had permission to be on the property and would like to formally trespass the subject. March 7
Welfare check: At 6:24 p.m. at East 6th Street and Ballarat Avenue North, a subject had a hard time walking, and was in the middle of the street. They were laying down in the roadway. A fire was started and an AMR needed for detox.
Shoes stolen: At 6:29 p.m. in the 400 block of South Fork Avenue Southwest, three subjects stole six pairs of Timberlands from Famous Footwear.
