Local foodies – and anyone craving a comfortable setting and the delicious flavors of the Pacific Northwest – are excited for the new year … and the new dining option it promises!
Coming to downtown Redmond, Fork and Spoke is a central ingredient of the new Hilton Garden Inn Redmond Town Center, in its final stages of construction at the corner of Redmond Way and 166th Avenue NE.
Poised to become a neighborhood favorite
“We’re creating a comfortable, inviting restaurant and bar where you can enjoy a meal and specialty appetizers created with local ingredients; creative cocktails and local craft beers, and a happy hour that offers great value,” says hotel general manager Jeff Isenberg. “Fork and Spoke is not your typical hotel restaurant, it’s a restaurant that happens to be in a hotel.”
Cozy environment will feature local elements
Whether it’s your destination from another part of town, or at the end of a short walk or bike ride during or after your day in downtown Redmond, Fork and Spoke will be a food-and-beverage hub with appeal for everyone. With a beautiful setting featuring natural wood and other modern elements that reflect the community – the name is a nod to Redmond’s place as the Bicycle Capital of the Northwest – you’ll feel comfortable right away, Isenberg says. “With personable service and a menu featuring signature food and beverage items, it’s all designed to help enhance your experience, whether you’re a local resident or visiting for business or pleasure.”
Northwest wine and beer fans rejoice
If you appreciate the subtleties of a Washington white or rustic red, or are a fan of locally brewed IPAs and ales, you’ll have plenty of reason to make Fork and Spoke your choice for a delicious beverage. Watch for Happy Hour features that spotlight some of the best brews and wines the Northwest has to offer!
Patio a perfect place to celebrate the spring
As the weather begins to warm, you’ll want to spend time relaxing on the large Fork and Spoke patio, easily accessible from the street and available to take advantage of those amazing Northwest spring days. With bike racks nearby, it’ll be ideal as a cycling destination or make it the target to get your steps in for the day!
