The Northwest Railway Museum is happy to announce that winter train rides will be offered for the first time beginning on Saturday, Jan. 16, 2021 (weather permitting). Winter train rides will be available on Saturdays from Jan. 16 through March 27 (weather permitting.)
Winter rides are 90 minutes long onboard historic rail equipment along the museum’s 5.5 miles. This is the first time in the museum’s history that train rides have been offered during January-March. Rides begin at either the North Bend Depot or the Snoqualmie Depot.
North Bend Depot departures: 10:30 a.m., noon, and 1:30 p.m.
Snoqualmie Depot departures: 11 a.m., 12:30 p.m., and 2 p.m.
Tickets must be purchased in advance online via TrainMuseum.org.
Ticket prices are: Adults $20, children (ages 2-12) $10, seniors (62+) $16.
The ride includes the scenic view from the top of Snoqualmie Falls.
To ensure a safe experience, limited capacity and social distancing of seating along with frequent cleanings will be performed. All visitors ages 2 and older are asked to wear masks, and pursuant to state law, masks are required for all visitors ages 5 and older.
The Train Shed Exhibit Hall will re-open from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Jan. 16 and Jan. 23, and will re-open Thursdays – Sundays beginning on Jan. 28.
