Noble Plumbing celebrates grand opening on Railroad Avenue

The family-owned and operated business values transparency and communication.

Noble Plumbing, a family-owned and operated plumbing company serving residents in King, Snohomish and Kittitas Counties, has officially opened its doors at 9065 Railroad Ave. in Snoqualmie.

To celebrate the grand opening, Noble hosted a ribbon-cutting event at 4 p.m. May 16.

Working out of two separate offices since its opening in 2022, Noble owner Chris Postiglione, 34, purchased the storefront in January to centralize his employees’ operations before occupying the space in February.

“I wanted to create a good place to work for other plumbers, to give them good benefits, and I also wanted something that my family could get involved in,” Postiglione said when looking back on the early days of Noble. “I’ve also seen a lot of plumbing companies be hard to reach and have unfair pricing, so I wanted to start a transparent and communicative company.”

Noble’s nine employees, including Postiglione’s dad and two of his brothers, Nick and Joe Postiglione, offer a wide range of plumbing services — drain and sewer line repair, water heater services, repiping and general and emergency services — for residential, commercial and new construction customers.

Transparency, to Postiglione, is one of many things that separates Noble from other plumbers.

“A lot of companies will charge you just for them to show up and then give you a price and end up highballing you. We’ll tell you the range before we get there,” he said. “Following up is another, if we mess up, we’re there right away to fix it on a Saturday morning, Sunday night, whatever it takes.”

The space, adjacent to Herfy’s Burgers and previously home to Gere Auto Repair, has seen some improvements, including a new lobby for customers. However, as Noble primarily connects with customers online or over the phone, it will largely be used as storage for tools.

Outside of their everyday services, Postiglione’s team is working on a project they call “repiping the ridge.”

“A lot of the [Snoqualmie] Ridge is piped with fragile, more brittle piping, so we’ve been going in and trying to replace many of the homes with a sturdier pipe,” Postiglione said. “We’re trying to educate customers and let them know they probably want to start considering it.”

While Postiglione hopes to venture into septic services and other niches in the trade later on, he is focused on prioritizing transparent pricing, clear communication and reliability with his growing customer base.

Noble is open Monday through Friday, from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., but may operate outside of normal business hours in emergencies. For more information on Noble services, visit www.noble-plumbing.com.
