Shopping small is easy at these Valley holiday markets

The Snoqualmie Valley will have 15 makers markets through December.

With December veritably around the corner, holiday shopping has commenced. This season, it’s easy to check off your lists with locally made artisan goods. Starting this weekend and continuing throughout December, the Snoqualmie Valley will be full of cheer with these holiday markets.

Nov. 30

Novelty Hill tree lighting and market: 5 to 7:30 p.m.

Novelty Hill Farms in Duvall is having its annual tree lighting and market. Several artisan vendors and concessions will be available from 5-7:30 p.m. The tree lighting is at 6 p.m., followed by musical performances from the local middle and high schools. General admission tickets to the event are $9.50 or free for kids ages 5 and under.

No Boat Brewing holiday market: Noon to 5 p.m.

No Boat Brewing in Snoqualmie Ridge is hosting a holiday market, complete with artisan vendors, vinyl records for sale and a special taplist. Stop in for a “heavy dose of holiday cheer,” the brewery’s Instagram says.

Dec. 1

North Bend Art and Industry market: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

North Bend Art and Industry is hosting a market at Pickering Barn in Issaquah to celebrate Artist Sunday, a nationwide effort to buy from artists the Sunday after Black Friday. There will be several vendors, an art project available to all ages and a “real life” Santa.

Dec. 6

Carnation Elementary Holiday Market: 4 to 7 p.m.

Carnation Elementary’s Partent Teacher Student Association is hosting a holiday market in the school’s multi-purpose room. The event will include local vendors, free arts and crafts, a choir performance and a 5th grade bake sale.

Dec. 7

Si View Holiday Bazaar: 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Si View Metro Parks is hosting its annual holiday market at Si View Community Center. The day will include several artisan vendors, raffle sales and gift wrapping services by Girl Scout Troop #45484. There will also be performances by The Dickens Carolers of Seattle, Snoqualmie Strings and Eastside Community School.

North Fork Farms Christmas market: 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

North Fork Farm in Snoqualmie will have local artisan vendors and food trucks in and outside of its event space adjacent to Mount Si. Vendors can apply at northforkfarmevents.com.

Jubilee Farm Holiday Mercantile: 10 a.m to 3 p.m.

Jubilee Farm, a family-owned farm in Carnation, is hosting its sixth annual holiday mercantile in its historic barn. In addition to local artisan vendors, the event will include a DIY wreath bar, snacks and refreshments.

Fall City Holiday Market: 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The Fall City Community Association is hosting its 24th annual holiday market at Chief Kanim Middle School. Shop from more than 30 local vendors, as well as the Fall City Historical Society. The event will also include a bake sale and holiday music.

Duvall Civic Club Holiday Fair: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The Duvall Civic Club’s annual holiday fair will be in the assembly hall of the Riverview School District office building in Duvall. To apply to be a vendor, email duvallcivicclub@gmail.com.

Dec. 14

Carnation Farms Holiday Market: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Carnation Farms is celebrating the winter season with its annual holiday market in the farm’s historic hippodrome. The event will have several artisan vendors, as well as hot food and drinks from the farm’s Farmview Kitchen culinary team, history tours in the farm’s museum and a holiday-themed photo booth.
