Last week, the Glass & Bottle Bistro on Snoqualmie Ridge closed for a transformation. The Glass & Bottle Bistro, closed since June 19, will re-open in July as a family-friendly gastropub, with more seating, a new name and new menu.
“The gastropub will focus on artisan meals made with locally-sourced ingredients, delicious draft beers, craft cocktails, and, of course, awesome wines,” said Tawni Christiansen, one of the owners and general manager.
Good Libations LLC, which owns Glass & Bottle will own the new restaurant, as well. The corporation members are Tawni Christiansen, Adam Fry-Pierce, and Jeni Herberger.
“We extend a deep and sincere thank-you to the Snoqualmie community for their continued support and feedback. Without it, this expansion wouldn’t be possible,” said Adam Fry-Pierce.
