Debbie Buffelen, owner of Better Properties Real Estate Snoqualmie Valley, recently opened a general contracting division of her real estate company, offering new home repair, remodel and handyman services.

Buffelen told the Valley Record that the new division specializes in handling homeowners’ “to-do” lists, from small jobs to big ones, including tenant move in/out service for landlords and agents, to home repair and remodeling.

“We pride ourselves on our integrity, hard work, quality and professionalism,” Buffelen said. She employs carpenters with over 20 years experience in high end construction.

Buffelen has always been involved in construction with her family operation from Sun Valley, Idaho. As soon as she could be productive as a child, her father had her on all his job sites, cleaning and doing small jobs. She went on to study interior decorating and become a real estate broker and owner. Her sister happens to be a building inspector who is always available to do consulting work for her construction company.
