Frontier Home and Land, a new, full-service residential and commercial real estate company located at the Venture Commerce Center on Snoqualmie Ridge, is open for business.

Real estate broker Brooks Olson specializes in commercial real estate and investment consulting. Christopher and Heather Boll, both real estate professionals, specialize in residential real estate (listing and sales). The three co-own the business and live in Snoqualmie.

“We want to be highly specialized in our real estate practices, providing more of a tailored experience for each client and the freedom of a small company versus the constraints of a larger company will enable us to do this,” Olson said. “We named the company Frontier Home and Land because we like the idea of forging ahead into new territory, ahead of everyone else in regards to services that we are offering; taking people to new places with new ideas.”

Previously, Olson, Heather and Christopher were all real estate professionals with Windermere Real Estate/East, Inc. in Bellevue. Olson worked for Windermere for more than 12 years, where he originally started practicing real estate. Christopher brings several years of professional sales experience to the agency and was the North American sales manager for a large aerospace company before coming to Windermere. Heather has worked in sales and marketing for various real estate development and hospitality organizations throughout the Northwest, and has several years of experience in the real estate industry.
