Sno-Valley’s Cynergy energy bar won the New Product Award from the Specialty Food Association’s 2021 sofi Awards.

The chocolate almond goji cherry energy bar won the award in the wellness bars and gels category. The bar was one of 130 winners selected from nearly 1,500 entries across 49 categories. Products were judged by anonymous sampling for taste, flavor appearance, texture and aroma and was held at the Rutgers Food Innovation Center in April.

The bars were created by Maria Hines and produced by Taste of Sno-Valley, a veteran founded and owned small business located in North Bend.
