Brian Davis, who has sold over $100 million in residential real estate within the Snoqualmie Valley since 2016, is moving his independent brokerage firm, Snoqualmie Valley Real Estate, to 101 West Park Street Suite C in North Bend.
The building, previously leased by REMAX, will soon be renovated and refurbished “to the degree that people feel welcome and want to stay a while and talk about life in the Valley,” Davis said. “Being the first thing you see on the corner as you come into town is a no-brainer.”
Davis, who started in commercial real estate in the early 2000s, found residential real estate more rewarding. He said it now accounts for 90% of his business.
“It speaks to my heart to be able to do good work every day for clients who are going through a lot, good or bad,” Davis said. “A lot of these transitions in real estate are challenging, and I like that aspect of it.”
Specializing in what the Snoqualmie Valley has to offer, from recreation to small businesses and everything in between, Snoqualmie Valley Real Estate has became a one-stop shop for future residents or those looking to sell since launching in 2021.
“You will not find anyone more knowledgeable about Snoqualmie and nearby areas,” Jenn Lynnsharp, a past client of Davis’s, wrote in a review of the brokerage. “This guidance was especially important as we were coming from out of state and were able to feel confident in the specifics of buying in North Bend and King County.”
Davis, who has been operating out of office space above the Iron Duck Pub since 2021, jumped at the opportunity to increase visibility when he drove past the North Bend building in February.
“I probably got a little lucky because when the sign went up on a Friday afternoon before winter break, I’m probably the only one in town that’s going to drive by that with my wife on the way to the gym,” Davis said. “Instead of going to the gym, I started making phone calls on a Saturday.”
The lease agreement, fully executed on March 12, awards occupancy to Davis on April 1.
Davis and one of his brokers, Alicia Messa, whom he said has sold nearly $90 million in real estate in the Valley, look forward to the endless opportunities the new space will provide for the community.
The two spoke about hosting classes taught by home designers and organizers to help their clients learn to enjoy their homes best, while designing the space to highlight all the Valley has to offer.
While the date for the storefront’s grand opening has yet to be solidified, Snoqualmie Valley Real Estate is always open for business.
