I shudder when I read about the fear tactics that blame mass shootings on guns over and over.

Let’s look at facts for a change. Prior to these shootings, there was unrestricted access to semiautomatic weapons, even for young adults and kids. People shoot, guns don’t.

What has changed? Every shooter has been under psychiatric care, taking powerful, mind-altering drugs that are scientifically proven to create homicidal and suicidal urges in those being prescribed these drugs! Oh, hit a little too close to home because you may be taking them?

Quit targeting guns and look for a real solution, not a political one that wants to control the population. Don’t blame the Republicans for wanting to protect America.
