State House candidate Haistings shares Valley concerns

I met Kevin Haistings while he was doorbelling in my neighborhood. Kevin is a candidate for the State House running against the incumbent Roger Goodman. I could immediately tell that he shared my concerns for the future of Washington State.

Spending in Olympia has been out of control. We need legislators who understand that we can’t spend our way out of a recession by raising taxes and increasing entitlements. It is a recipe for economic failure.

If you are like myself and not happy with the direction that our state is going—the roaring budget deficit, unemployment exceeding 10 percent statewide, and unsustainable government spending—please join me in voting against the status quo by choosing Kevin Haistings. Any other vote is a vote in favor of Olympia’s irresponsible, unsustainable behavior.
