Boise, Idaho’s Jonathan Warren and the Billy Goats, comprised of Warren, Dave Sather-Smith, and Austin Clark, step it up a notch on their fourth full-length album, “Bless My Soul,” an eight-track collection of folk and bluegrass the band has dubbed “progressive psychobilly folk-grass.”

The band’s tour to promote the new album makes a stop in Snoqualmie, for a free performances, 7 to 10 p.m., Friday, March 17 at the Bindlestick.

“Bless My Soul” showcases a band that is both rustic and forward-thinking, blending the traditions of Appalachian bluegrass with a big city twist.
