The Carnation Farmers Market’s annual Thanksgiving Harvest Market is from 3 to 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 22, inside at the Sno-Valley Senior Center, 4610 Stephens Ave.
Most of this season’s vendors will return for the final market of the year. Look for local winter squash, apples, pears, root veggies, and other local, seasonal produce, plus local meat, wine, fresh bread, pies and pastries, butters and cheeses, and tamales. Select from gift items including wreaths, aromatic soaps, candles, and art. EJ’s Custom Catering, will have hot food and salads available that evening as well as Thanksgiving side dishes and Desert Wind Winery will offer wine pairings.
This event is an opportunity to stock up for winter, find local ingredients for your Thanksgiving meal, and do some holiday gift shopping while supporting local farmers and businesses. The Market returns on Tuesdays starting May 2.
