In celebration of its 10 years, and in preparation for another season, North Bend’s Valley Center Stage presents Judy Ann Moulton, singing the songs of Judy Garland in a special one-night performance, 7 p.m. Monday, Sept. 8 at Boxley’s Place, in downtown North Bend.
