Kaleidoscope’s teen rock band program comes back to North Bend Theatre on St. Patrick’s Day, March 17, for a free concert open to the public. This is Kaleidoscope School of Music’s opening show of 2013. It’s one of the longest standing rock programs for youth on the Eastside, running bands continuously since 2004.
