Laughs are sure to abound when the women take over the Valley Center Stage, 7:30 p.m. Saturday, April 25.
Representing the Divine Order of the Ha-Ha Sisterhood, founder Jean Ann O’Brien and fellow comediennes Amy Alpine and Susan Rice will be onstage. Locals may be familiar with Alpine from her weekend appearances on the Buzz, KIRO AM on weekends. She has been a reporter for Northwest Cable News, written for National Lampoon and co-hosted the comedy TV show “Standing Room Only.” She is also the winner of the Evergreen Comedy Competition.
Susan Rice has taken to comedy club stages with vigor. Her list of national television appearances includes The Leeza Gibbons Show, Comics A to Z on PBS, Showtimes Comics on the Road, and A&E’s An Evening at the Improv.
