The Valley Record has opened up an Oscar Awards contest at http://pnw.cc/movieawards. Contestants who sign up on the site can take a stab at guessing the winners of some of the top Oscar categories, including Best Picture, Best Actor, Best Actress and more. The winner takes home an 18-DVD set of past Best Picture winners.
