Four windows at the North Bend Premium Outlet Mall have been decorated with holiday-themed paintings. The artworks were done as part of the Holiday Window Painting Contest organized by North Bend Art & Industry, an arts nonprofit.

The contest opened earlier this month and artists are expected to finish their paintings today (Nov. 22). Community members will then select their favorite design through an online vote. The winning artist will receive $500.

Voting will remain open through Dec. 14. A winner will be announced the following day. Visit: northbendartandindustry.org for more information.

Artist Sunday:

The North Bend Outlet Mall will also host an Artist Sunday event this weekend. Artist Sunday is a nationwide art shopping event. In addition to art for sale, the event will have live music, pictures with Santa and art projects for all ages.

The event, also run by North Bend Art & Industry, is from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m on Nov. 26.
