Get ready for that “ho, ho, ho” season and put Santa Train tickets on your holiday list. The Northwest Railway Museum starts selling tickets for the festive holiday weekend train rides on Monday, Aug. 7.

For eight days, beginning Nov. 25, families can take a holiday train excursion aboard Santa Train to visit Santa Claus at the historic Snoqualmie Depot. Children and their families will enjoy music, fresh-baked cookies from coal-fired ovens, hot cocoa and coffee, and a small gift for each child.

The two-hour event runs the weekends of Nov. 25-26, and Dec. 2-3, 9-10 and 15-17. Friday, Dec. 15, marks the return of the special Victorian Santa Train.

Buy tickets online at www.trainmuseum.org starting Aug. 7. Ticket sales at the Snoqualmie Depot start in September.
