Senior Center hosts health and wellness fair Thursday in Carnation

Sno-Valley Senior Center in Carnation will host its annual Health and Wellness Fair, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Thursday, April 6 at the senior center, 4610 Stephens Ave., Carnation.

More than 15 providers from the Puget Sound area, including Physiocare, Enhance Fitness and The Studio, Providence Health and Optimal Aging, and Hopelink will be on site during the event. Donna Morton will provide free chair massages. Other vendors include Caregiver Connection support group, Priority Footwear, Duvall Physical Therapy, the Washington Ombudsman Program, Vibrant Living Farm, Healthy Smiles, and Statewide Health Insurance Benefits Advisors.

The Evergreen Health Mobile Mammogram Bus will be at the center from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. that day, as well. Call (425) 899-2831 to make an appointment.

In addition, the event includes two presentations, “End of Life Planning” at 10 a.m., and “Seniors and Marijuana,” at 1 p.m.
