Local farmers and artisans will be on-site along with a few food trucks and a beer and wine garden hosted by Sigillo Cellars and Snoqualmie Falls Brewery. Try Hockey For Free: Head to Sno-King Ice Area, 35323 SE Douglas St. in Snoqualmie, on Aug. 11 from 10 to 11 a.m. for a Try Hockey For Free event. Children between ages of 4 to 17 will be met with coaches on the ice to assist them in learning the basics. Participants do not need any prevous skating or hockey experience. Snoqualmie Days: Snoqualmie Days is returning to the Valley on Aug. 16-17. The annual celebration of the Valley, its people and culture offers a pancake breakfast, vendors, a parade, train rides, live music, and more! A music crawl at several locations around downtown Snoqualmie will occur on Aug. 16 from 6 to 12 p.m., followed by a full day of events on Aug. 17. Snoqualmie Firefighters Pancake Breakfast: The Snoqualmie Firefighters Association will hold its annual fundraising Pancake Breakfast on Aug. 17 from 7 to 11 a.m. at the Snoqualmie Fire Station at 37600 SE Snoqualmie Parkway. Firefighters will turn an apparatus and equipment bay at the station into a makeshift restaurant, cooking and serving a pancake and ham breakfast along with Krispy Kreme donuts, Starbucks coffee, orange juice and other beverages. Breakfast is $10 for adults, $6 for kids (5-12) and children under 5 are free. T-shirts, bike helmets and Snoqualmie Firefighters Association Challenge Coins will be available for purchase during the event. Come meet your Snoqualmie Fire Department Firefighters and EMT’s and take advantage of great photo opportunities for the family with firefighters and emergency vehicles.
