Snoqualmie Valley Community Calendar | Oct. 25 edition

There are several opportunities for community trick or treating in the Snoqualmie Valley this week.

Oct. 26

Si View kids Harvest Festival: Si View Metro Parks is hosting its Harvest Festival, catered toward kids in pre-kindergarten and elementary school. The event is at Si View Park in North Bend with three ticketed sessions: 12-1:15 p.m., 1:30-2:45 p.m. and 3-4:15 p.m. There will be a haunted house, carnival games, pumpkin decorating, a petting zoo and more. Tickets are $12 for residents and $15 for non-residents; kids under age 2 get in free. For more info and to purchase tickets, go to siviewpark.org.

Snoqualmie trick or treating: Businesses along Center Boulevard in Snoqualmie Ridge will be handing out candy from 1-3 p.m. There will also be a pet costume parade in Snoqualmie Ridge at 2 p.m. Businesses in downtown Snoqualmie will hand out candy from 2-4 p.m. For more information, go to snoqualmiewa.gov.

North Bend trick or treating: The North Bend Downtown Foundation will have its annual Trick or Treat Street event from 3-5 p.m. Several downtown merchants will have treats available for children, and costumes are encouraged. Check northbenddowntown.org for more information.

Oct. 27

Day of the Dead paint party: Los Cabos Mexican restaurant in North Bend is hosting a paint party in partnership with Kate Cloud Art. From 4 to 7 p.m. for those ages 16 and up. Tickets include one ceramic skeleton head to paint, as well as all needed art supplies. Tickets are $58 each and can be purchased at katecloudart.com.

Oct. 28

Pour House Halloween paint party: North Bend’s Pour House bar is having a paint party in partnership with Crave4Art. From 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. for those age 21 and up. Tickets are $37-40 depending on what size canvas you choose and can be purchased at crave4art.square.site.

Oct. 31

Downtown Duvall Halloween party: The Duvall Chamber of Commerce is hosting its annual trick or treating in downtown Duvall, as well as a kids Halloween party, from 3-6 p.m. Several businesses throughout town will be handing out candy. The party at the Duvall Visitor Center will include activities and games. All events are free. For more info, go to duvallchamberofcommerce.com.

Nov. 2

Annual Encompass NW Gala: Encompass NW is having its annual gala to raise money for its children and family programs in the Snoqualmie Valley. The evening includes a champagne reception, silent and live auctions, a multi-course dinner and more. From 5-10 p.m. at the Hyatt Regency Bellevue. Tickets are $175 each.
