North Bend Friends of the Library Book Sale: The North Bend Friends of the Library book sale is back and will run from Oct. 1-5. Hardcover and paperback books, children’s books and homeschool materials, CDs, DVDs and audiobooks will be available for sale. Children’s book prices range from 25 cents to $2. The rest will be in the $5 to $20 range. Book sale hours are from noon to 8 p.m. on Tuesday and Wednesday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Thursday and Friday, and 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday.
