The Carnation 4th of July Celebration Committee is gearing up for the 4th of July celebration, and seeks sponsorships from local businesses.

Donations support many events that happen that holiday week, beginning with the 5K run, parade, vendor village, Just Moo it (the three-on-three basketball event), entertainment, facilities such as; port-a-potties, and the fireworks display.

Carnation’s big annual Fourth celebration cost approximately $34,000. The fireworks display costs about $8,000 to put on. Live entertainment costs about $5,000 to bring to town.
