Why fuss over a wet BBQ, when you can come to the Sno-Valley Senior Center for a mouth-watering baby back rib dinner.

Why fuss over a wet BBQ, when you can come to the Sno-Valley Senior Center for a mouth-watering baby back rib dinner.

At the center, a volunteer crew applies a special rub, then slow cooks the ribs all day long until they are falling off the bone. Then, they slather them with special sauce and finish them off on the grill.

A $15 ticket per person gets the ribs, a trip down the salad bar, sides and dessert — all to benefit the programs and services provided to Snoqualmie Valley Seniors. Not a rib fan? You can also order chicken or salmon. Seatings are at 4:30 and 6:30 p.m. Reservations are recommended, as this is one of the center’s most popular dinners. Call (425) 333-4152 to make a reservation; give the number of people in your party and their entrée choice.
