Si View Metro Parks offers Yoga at Meadowbrook Farm, with drop-in classes running Mondays through Thursdays at the Meadowbrook Farm Interpretive Center, 1711 Boalch Ave. North Bend.

All levels of experience are welcome. Participants should bring their own yoga mats, plus blocks and straps if they like. The cost is $10 per class.

Classes are 6 to 7 p.m. Mondays, 9 to 10 a.m. Tuesdays, 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Wednesdays, and 5 to 6 p.m. Thursdays.
