With great stories and larger-than-life characters at the heart of many of favorite childhood memories, the grand opening of Kiddie Academy’s brand new Bellevue location promises to be very exciting indeed!
To celebrate the location’s grand opening Saturday, July 13, franchisee Devinder Singh invites children and their parents to Storytime LIVE!, a free community reading event where beloved characters Curious George and Pinkalicious jump off the page and visit the classroom in person.
Beginning at 10 a.m. at Kiddie Academy of Bellevue, the event is part of the ninth annual Storytime LIVE! coming to Kiddie Academy locations across the US.
The state-of-the-art Bellevue academy, joining others in Kenmore, Kirkland, Bothell, Mill Creek and Seattle, will welcome 190 students from infant to age 5, in age-appropriate groups – infants, young toddlers, preschoolers and pre-kindergarten.
Taking a holistic, whole-child approach, the Kiddie Academy program strikes a balance between structured programming and fun, understanding that learning happens throughout the day, from free time on the center’s three playgrounds to circle time in the classroom, Devinder says.
