Katie Renee Hays was born at 1 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 22, at Overlake Hospital in Bellevue, to Mandi and Joel Hays of North Bend. Katie weighed five pounds, 15 ounces and measured 18 and a half inches long. Her grandparents are Barbara and Chris Stoll and Betty Timm and Dwight Bunn of North Bend, Mike Jonson of Everett, and Tom and Anita Hays of Lanebille, Texas. Her older sister is Sarah Hays of North Bend.
