Fire agencies in the Snoqualmie Valley responded to the following:
Wednesday, Oct. 6
Fainting: At 10:57 a.m., Fall City Fire Department and Bellevue paramedics responded to the 43000 block of North Bend Way for reports of a 76-year-old woman who was feeling faint. Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) evaluated her at the scene, and Bellevue paramedics transported her to Overlake Hospital.
Car accident: At 5:29 p.m., Fall City Fire Department, Snoqualmie Fire Department, Eastside Fire and Rescue and Bellevue paramedics responded to the parking garage of Snoqualmie Casino for reports of a two-car motor vehicle accident. Upon arrival, EMTs found one vehicle with heavy damage and several injured patients. EMTs and paramedics evaluated the patients and began treating them at the scene. Paramedics transported two of the three patients to Harborview Medical Center due to the extent of their injuries.
Tuesday, Oct. 5
Car accident: At 10:25 a.m., Fall City Fire Department and Eastside Fire and Rescue responded to the intersection of Tolt Hill Road and Redmond-Fall City Road for reports of a two-car rear-end motor vehicle accident. On arrival, EMTs found two vehicles with moderate damage and one patient with head injures. EMTs evaluated and treated the patients on scene. Both of the patients refused transport to a hospital.
Friday, Oct. 1
Unconscious man: At 4:06 p.m., Fall City Fire Department and Bellevue paramedics responded to the 33700 block of Southeast Redmond-Fall City Road for a 42-year-old man who was unconscious and lying facedown in the grass. EMTs and paramedics evaluated and began treating him at the scene. He appeared to be severely intoxicated. A private ambulance then transported the man to Harborview Medical Center at his request.
Clinic fire: At 11:18 p.m., Fall City Fire Department, Snoqualmie Fire Department, Eastside Fire and Rescue and Bellevue paramedics responded to the 38700 block of Southeast River Street in Snoqualmie for a fire coming from the roof of a commercial building. Upon arrival, firefighters found smoke and flames coming from all sides of the building, including the roof. Crews initially attempted to extinguish the fire from the exterior while protecting all nearby exposures. Crews made an attack on the fire from the interior, once safe to enter the structure, and searched for any remaining hot spots. Firefighters then continued to help to salvage as much property from the structure as possible.
Thursday, Sept. 30
Chimney fire: At 2:43 p.m., Fall City Fire Department responded to the 31800 block of Southeast Third Street after residents complained of smoke after starting a fire in a wood stove. Upon arrival, firefighters found light smoke, which appears to be leaking from the chimney. Firefighters extinguished the remaining chimney fire and looked for any fire that might have extended into the attic.

Wednesday, Oct. 6
Car accident: (Time unavailable), Snoqualmie firefighters responded to the parking garage of the Snoqualmie Casino for a car accident. The patients were transported to the hospital by Bellevue medics.
Sunday, Oct. 3
Collapse at Casino: At 1:17 a.m., Snoqualmie EMTs responded to the Snoqualmie Casino for a 35-year-old woman who collapsed in the parking garage. She was evaluated and taken to the hospital by her boyfriend.
Medical call: At 9:17 p.m, EMTs were dispatched to the Snoqualmie Ridge area for a medical call. One patient was evaluated and left with parents.
Saturday, Oct. 2
Stairway check: At 9:32 p.m., Snoqualmie firefighters responded to Fairway Avenue Southeast to assist Snoqualmie police with access to a second floor balcony for a welfare check.
