Company with local roots expands

OpBandit, a content optimization company founded by a former Valleyite, has been acquired by digital publisher VoxMedia.

OpBandit, a content optimization company founded by a former Valleyite, has been acquired by digital publisher VoxMedia.

Blaine Sheldon, a 2003 graduate of Mount Si High School started OpBandit with co-founder Brian Muller in the fall of 2012 with the goal of creating a new way to get content to readers, by tracking user behavior online.

The founders wrote in a statement on their website, “Our team and technology will continue our mission, but moving forward we’ll expand our toolset… We expect to grow our products in ways that otherwise wouldn’t be possible.”
