Deadline nears for city’s human services funding requests

The city of Snoqualmie’s Human Services Committee is accepting proposals for human services to be provided during the calendar year 2011. Local organizations that accommodate activities for human services in the upper Snoqualmie Valley are eligible to apply.

The deadline for applying is 5 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 22. Applications are posted on the city Web site in the ‘City News’ section.

Following the application process, recommendations for funding will be made by the Human Services Committee with the final decision of allocation made by the Snoqualmie City Council.
