Saturday, Nov. 6
Death Investigation: At 11:45 a.m., a family member reported the death of a woman in the 900 block of Northeast Fifth Street. The victim’s daughter told police that she had been out the previous evening, celebrating her birthday, and returned home around 3 a.m. She’d gone to bed without any complaints of pain.
Larceny: At 1:30 p.m., an employee at Twede’s Cafe called police to report that a suspect had entered the business through the front door and taken cash from the tip jar. Police are currently investigating.
Thursday, Nov. 4
Car prowl and theft: Around 8:15 a.m., a citizen reported the theft of a green Subaru from his driveway on the 45000 block of Southeast Tanner Road, and the further theft of an MP3 player and a pair of sunglasses from a truck. Both vehicles had been left unlocked in the driveway of the home.

Narcotics: At 3 a.m., police received a report of narcotics activity in the area of the Sure Shot Tavern, the fire station, and the Mount Si Tavern. No arrests have been made.

Friday, Nov. 12
Car prowl: At 12:53 a.m., a caller reported a theft from his unlocked vehicle in the 16400 block of 466th Place Southeast. A garage door opener was taken, but nothing else. Police have no suspects.
Wednesday, Nov. 10
Fraud, compounded: At 2 p.m., a manager at Les Schwab called 9-1-1 to report that a woman who’d written fraudulent checks totalling $2,701.84 for eight tires and a battery taken from the store Nov. 6 had returned to pick up 12 more tires that she had ordered. Police responded immediately and discovered that the woman was also driving a 2005 Ford, stolen from Prestige Motors in Yakima. The woman was arrested for fraud, and the vehicle was recovered.
Wednesday, Nov. 3
Trespassing: At 11:51 p.m. a caller reported seeing two women attempting to climb onto the roof of Mount Si High School. The responding officers located one suspect standing on the ground near the drivers’ education building. She said she and her friend had been board at home and had decided to “go out and do something adventurous.” She declined to give the name of her friend, and the officers were unable to locate the second climber before being called to another incident.
Tuesday, Nov. 2
Suspended drivers: At 8:17 p.m., an officer on patrol stopped a Chevrolet pickup truck for speeding. The registered owner was driving the vehicle, but his license had been suspended for unpaid tickets since June. The driver said he didn’t know his license had been suspended, and asked if his female passenger could drive the vehicle. She also had a suspended license. The officer advised both of them to not drive until they received valid licenses, and both said they understood. Approximately 30 minutes later, the officer stopped the same vehicle, which the female passenger was now driving.

Home egged: At 9:06 p.m., homeowners in the 7700 block of Fairway Avenue Southeast reported that unknown suspects had egged their house. Officers searched for the egg-throwers, but were unable to locate them.

Wednesday, Nov. 10
Bad headache: (Time unavailable), emergency medical technicians responded to the 4300 block of Kings Court in Carnation for a 44-year-old woman who was experiencing a migraine. She was evaluated at the scene and transported to an area hospital by ambulance.
Monday, Nov. 8
Fireplace problem: At 8:20 a.m., firefighters responded to a service call on the 4900 block of Lake Alice Road Southeast for a resident experiencing problems with their fireplace. The crew resolved the problem.
Sunday, Nov. 7
Kayak in distress: At 3:04 p.m., EMTs responded to the intersections of State Routes 203 and 202 for a report of a kayaker in distress. Upon arrival, there was no problem and the kayaker was out of the water safely.
Saturday, Nov. 6
Breathing problem: At 3:48 pm., EMTs treated a 40-year-old woman at the fire station who was experiencing shortness of breath. She was assisted at the scene and transported by aid car to an area hospital.
Friday, Nov. 5
Dizziness: At 9:19 p.m., EMTs responded to the 38500 block of Newton Street in Snoqualmie for a 30-year-old woman who was experiencing dizziness. She was evaluated at the scene and transported by aid car to an area hospital.
Thursday, Nov. 4
Car accident: At 1:07 p.m., firefighters from Fall City and Eastside Fire and Rescue responded to the 28200 block of East Main Street for a single-car vehicle accident. Upon arrival, crews found a dump truck on its side. The driver had already managed to get out of the car, and was treated at the scene and transported to a hospital by ambulance.
Chest pain: At 12:10 p.m., EMTs and Bellevue paramedics responded to the 35100 block of Southeast Fish Hatchery Road for a 77-year-old man who was experiencing chest pains. He was evaluated at the scene and released without transport.

Monday, Nov. 8
Smoke smell: At 11:01 a.m., Snoqualmie fire fighters responded to the Snoqualmie downtown area for a report of smoke in a building. After investigation, it was determined that the smoke was caused by a malfunctioning oven.
Medical call: At 4:26 p.m., Snoqualmie EMTs were dispatched to the Snoqualmie Ridge area for a medical call. One patient was evaluated and left in care of mother on scene.

Fainting: At noon, firefighters went to the casino for an elderly woman who had fainted.
Friday, Nov. 5
Diabetic problem: At 11:01 a.m., Snoqualmie EMTs responded to Southeast Northern Street for a 39-year-old woman with a diabetic problem. She was assisted in getting her blood sugar up, and was left at the scene with her roommate.
Illness: At 1:17 p.m., Snoqualmie EMTs responded to Warren Avenue Southeast for a 51-year-old woman who was dehydrated from an illness. She was transported to the hospital by private ambulance.
Alarm: At 7:43 p.m., Snoqualmie firefighters responded to a residential fire alarm at Southeast Dio Street. They arrived to find the alarm was set off by candles in the house. The alarm was reset.
Medical problem: At 9:07 p.m., Snoqualmie EMTs responded to the Snoqualmie Casino for a 49-year-old woman with a medical problem. She was evaluated, and taken home by her friend.
Medical issue: At 11 p.m., Snoqualmie EMTs responded to Southeast Park Street for an 18-year-old woman with a medical issue. Patient was evaluated, and transported to an area hospital by Snoqualmie’s aid crew.
